“This place has potential, but it hasn’t quite figured out how to live up to it. The staff was kind and the setting convenient and pleasant. But the cleanliness isn’t quite up to par and the entryways smell like musty cigarette smoke. It would be helpful if staff and guests would follow the 25 foot from doorway smoking law.”

“A previous gem of a place! We just happened upon this place and they had 1 room left. It was absolutely delightful! Cozy, historic, clean as a whistle, and with all the amenities you expect. The breakfast was cooked fresh, chickens right outside! And it was excellent. Everyone was friendly, and all went out of their way to make our stay seamless, welcoming and comfortable. Definitely recommend a stay here!”

“I love the windmill. The gentleman is very polite and helpful. The room reminds me of being in the country farmhouse. So quiet and its close to 90 and 5 and 10.”

“The inn was in a perfect location for many activities. The room was very nice with a super comfy king size bed. The bathroom was fine. In the hallway they had a coffee machine for your morning routine. Our only comment is that the TV was very small. Parking was right onsite and convenient. The restaurant was nice and the morning coffee with muffins was a nice touch.”

“Cozy and comfortable cabin with plentiful natural light. About a 10 minute drive from Berkshire East Mountain resort which provided a fun day of family skiing. Generous and thoughtful host; a good bit of snow fell on one of our days, and he let us know where to park to avoid having to move our car for the plow, which made it easy to get in and out. Looking forward to staying there in the summer.”
